Institutional Research Policy: The Institution has established a research policy that provides guidelines for undergraduate research, thesis preparation, and research grant applications and proposes timelines for research work completion. This policy helps create a structured research environment.

1. Institutional and Research Advisory Board: The formation of this board with experts from various domains ensures proper strategic planning for research activities, providing valuable guidance and mentorship.
2. Reward Policy: Implementing a reward policy for both students and faculty encourages active participation in research. This can include financial incentives for research contributions.
3. Seed Grants: Faculty members can apply for seed grants of up to 2 lakhs, which provide initial funding for research projects and encourage innovation.
4. Fleming Research Scholarship: Providing scholarships of Rs. 15000/- for student projects motivates and supports students in their research activities.
5. Incubation Center: The establishment of an Incubation Center in collaboration with the Kerala Start-up Mission along with the Institution Innovation Council and Entrepreneurship Development Centre of District Industries Centre enhances the potential for converting research into entrepreneurship outcomes. Conducting programs on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness regularly to protect commercial research innovations.
6. Institutional Animal Ethics Committee: Setting up a committee for reviewing and guiding animal studies ensures that research involving animals adheres to ethical standards.
7. PhD guideship: Faculties registered in various universities as PhD guides, promote a culture of advanced research and mentorship
