The career development center of our institution empowers students with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to make well-informed career decisions and achieve success in their pharmacy-related careers.

Objectives:

Job Placement: To assist students in finding internships and job opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and to organize campus placement drives or job fairs.

Continuing Education: To inform students about postgraduate and continuing education opportunities, including master's and doctoral programs, certifications, and specialization courses that can enhance their career prospects.

Skill Development: To offer training programs, workshops, and seminars on essential soft skills and technical skills relevant to the pharmacy profession, such as communication skills, leadership, project management, and pharmaceutical software.

 Resume Building and Interview Preparation: To help students create effective resumes, and cover letters, and prepare for job interviews, including providing tips and mock interview sessions.

 Professional Development: To assist students in building a strong professional identity and engaging in lifelong learning to stay competitive in the evolving pharmaceutical landscape
