Strategic Plan

The strategic plan 2030 outlines the following goals and objectives for the institution:

1. To expose the students to a range of exceptional and unique career opportunities and prepare them for competitive exams and job interviews.

2. To establish partnerships with international universities of pharma interest, host various events and equip the students with the skills and knowledge to meet the professional standards of foreign industry.

3. To collaborate with various national and international universities to become the Nodal centre for foreign education and facilitate student exchange and mobility programs.

4. To foster a culture of participation and engagement among the students in various extracurricular and co-curricular activities and provide adequate facilities and support.

5. To organize various life skill, soft skill and employability development programs to enhance the personal and professional growth of the students.

6. To conduct placement drive every year and ensure maximum placement opportunities for the students.

7. To organize collaborative FDP and ensure the faculty are always updated with the latest technology and pedagogy by attending at least one FDP every year.

8. To upgrade the institutional academic and research facilities by incorporating modern tools every year.

9. To motivate the faculty to pursue research and provide suitable provisions for the same.

10. To organize various programs involving the alumni and maintain a strong alumni network.
