Quality Assurance Strategy and Process
1. Teaching Learning Process
1.1. Add on course and certificate program:
The IQAC has initiated various add on course under each department. The syllabus framed by institution is reviewed and approved by external subject expert. The students are also encourages to enroll in SWAYAM and NPTL MOOC courses to enhance their learning.
1.2. Audit on attainment of outcome
The IQAC monitors the attainment of the course outcomes by collecting feedback from the students. It evaluates the quality of teaching and learning based on the feedback and suggests improvements.
1.3. Audit on Teaching practices
The IQAC conducts regular audits to evaluate the teaching quality based on the outcomes of education. The audits consider how the teachers use student centric methods, innovative pedagogy, peer learning, and ICT facilities to enhance learning.
1.4. The skills upgradation program among the students
The IQAC aims to enhance the skills of the students and align them with the desired program outcome. To achieve this, a specific skill development activity is planned for each year of the program. The students learn to do a personal SWOC analysis and improve themselves accordingly. By the end of the program, the students acquire various skills.
1.5. Introduction of rubrics for seminars and assignments
The internal mark components, such as seminar and assignment, are evaluated using a well-defined rubrics. This helps the student to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their work and how to improve it.
1.6. Implement Goal setting need and strategies at the lower class for the students
Every student undergoes a series of training to set the future goal and pick the most suitable career opportunity based on the SWOC analysis.
1.7. Student customization
To provide a focused attention the students are customized based on their learning levels based on previous results as good, average, need improvement.
1.8. Peer learning process
Peer learning process the students give hands to other students to learn the concepts easier. The students are categorized in different peer groups for discussion and learning.
1.9. Encouraging the fast learners with additional activity
The fast learners as well as interested candidates are trained for research, publication, entrepreneur, activities.
1.10. Create facility for the students to undergo internship and field visit
The IQAC has initiated new collaboration including industry and hospital for the students field visit and internship.
1.11. Assessment of learning outcomes and improvement process
A new software DeQ for calculating the attainment of course outcomes and program outcomes. This software will help us to measure the learning progress of our students and to identify the areas that need improvement. The software will generate a student level attainment report for each student, which will be shared with them. Based on the report, we will take suitable action to enhance the learning experience and to ensure the quality of our courses.
1.12. Virtual Classroom
Incorporated various learning platforms in the website like virtual class room, e -books, Practical and theory online study materials and OER. These platforms enable the learners to interact with instructors and peers, access quality content, and enhance their skills and knowledge in various domains.

2.1. Training programs: Additional staff orientation programs are organized
2.2. Staff Induction: Staff induction is organized for all newly joined staff members to pop up with the institutional policies and practices.

5. Student support system
5.1. Strengthening of Mentoring System
To enhance the mentoring system, each class is assigned 3-4 Mentors who meet with their students regularly. The mentors are given clear guidelines on how to advise the students on their career choices and development. The students benefit from the personalized and relevant guidance they receive from their mentors. Counselling facility for students and staff
