MEDICINAL PLANT GARDEN

Keeping in view of the importance of medicinal and aromatic plants in healthcare system, as well as for making the students familiarize with the herbal plants, Nirmala college of pharmacy nurtures about 52 herbs which includes 29 dicot plants, 23 herbs, 17 shrubs, 11 monocot plants, 5 trees, 4 magnoliopsida, 3 climbers and 1 grass.

The students are benefitted of this garden by identifying the rare species and to understand the morphological characters of medicinal plants.
